I finally got my Crown this weekend. I didn’t get a chance to shoot it much but what little bit of time it did it impressed the heck out of me.(Weather sucked) I sited it in with about 9 pellets at 30 yards. I finished out that mag and shot one more and I swear they were all in the same hole. This gun is going to play hell on the squirrel population around here. Here are a few pictures.

Its a .30. The thing that blows me away is how accurate it is. You should see that stock in the sun light, its a pretty one!

Nice.  Hand oil that stock, and that grain will really pop for you.  Enjoy, and update us on the 50 yard groups.

Yeah definitely a beauty,  once it starts tagging squirrels I wanna see some bodies in the hunting section.

    Great choice.

I have used tung oil on other projects. The more  you rub, the better it looks. Linseed oil is OK too, but seems to stay a little tacky IMO.

lots of videos and guides can be found on the forum. search for terms like stock refinish, tru oil and tung oil. Joewaynerhea  and tominco have videos on this subject.

My first choice to use would be Tru oil.  I have used this on countless guns.  Has been easy to apply, and can be rubbed out to a beautiful finish.
