So this weekend made for 7 weekends in a row with extremely high winds and/or rain. It's been the same pattern over an over again. Nice weather by Wednesday but come Friday ....well, you know. UGH!!! I still work the week so weekends are what I Jones for.
Now, before some of you call me a wuss and tell me to get out there and make use of my time and practice doping for the wind I'll say I have been wanting to get the gun tuned and zero'd in forever. And you need calm conditions for that. I finally said to heck with it got out yesterday in continuous 12-15 mph wind and found a work around. I got behind two barns that were blocking the SSE winds and managed to get out to 50 yards but there were gaps of no blockage. I gambled on the idea small windows of wind wouldn't play as much on the trajectory as continuous wind from gun to target and it seemed to work. I did get lucky in the fact there was no rain this weekend.
Anyone else having the same problem?
I've only bought pellets once all year and the guys at the paintball shop thought I had died.
