I Can't Say Enough Good Things About DonnyFL!

Just when I thought my esteem for Donny as a person and businessman could not get any higher, he goes and further impresses me again! I won't go into the details of his most recent act of goodwill, but suffice it to say that his stellar business acumen was on full display.

DonnyFL not only delivers products that are effectively designed with the highest quality workmanship, he provides top-shelf customer service. His last act of goodwill blew me away! He went above and beyond the call of duty :)

Yes, Bob; he always gives the customer the benefit of the doubt. This is an astute position to take. Goodwill is the backbone of any business. He also likes to make sure a particular DonnyFL product mix is the right fit for a customer (both in function and desire), even if it costs him in the short-term. In the long-run, he will establish a loyal customer base whose business going forward will exponentially swamp-out any accommodations he may make along the way. He also seems to be a truly nice family man, as well.

His business paradigm and policy are evolving by his close attention to customer feedback. He is a partner with his customers; a truly win-win situation. My discovery of the awesome quality and breadth of product line, and customer service of DonnyFL has added tremendous value-added content to my airgun experience! I never realized how much difference moderation makes, especially in hunting. Plus, my new Emperor makes my Wildcat look so James Bond!

Well, Bob; I just mounted it and dry-fired my Wildcat on my workbench. All I hear is the hammer striking the valve and then a delayed, almost imperceptible hiss of air as the trapped discharge air is slowly released through the tiny holes strategically placed along the circumference of the moderator. Really a genius design. I did fire a few pellets into my trap to check for clipping (BTW, no signs whatsoever), but the clank of the lead on steel made it impossible to gauge the noise. But if the performance of my Sumo in the field is any indication, the Emperor has got be virtually mute! I am doing a full-bottle regulated shot string later today and hopefully I'll have enough sunlight to zero her. But man, does Donny know what he is doing!

I was a little worried that the Emperor would add too much weight and length, and maybe throw the balance off. But I think it may actually improve the balance! She shoulders very nicely. This is not an issue anyway because I shoot off a tripod. As for the weight, I held the Sumo in one hand and the Emperor in the other, and I can barely discern a difference. I did, however, have to order a rifle scabbard to carry my WC with the Emperor because of the extra length, but it's all good :). But man, even though the Emperor is only 3.75" longer and 0.4" more in diameter than the Sumo, the increase in volume is massive!
