Hypothetical Pellet Questions - Opinions Wanted

I hope I can word this (long) question correctly.

Let's take 2 pellets at random as an example. These were only chosen because they were listed as working in a particular rifle I was looking at.

JSB Match Exact Express Diabolo, .177 Cal, 7.87 Grains

JSB Match Diabolo Exact RS .177 Cal, 7.33 Grains

Let's assume that unsorted in your air rifle the 7.33 grain pellet is more accurate. However, if you sort the 7.33 grain pellets you discover a certain head diameter is also preferred. This seems to be common practice among pellet sorters, and some even do skirt diameters.

Question 1:

If someone were to produce 4.49, 4.50, 4.51....4.53 head diameter pellets weighing 7.45 grains and those tolerances were strictly held to (both weight and head size) then once you found the correct head size for your rifle and purchase them in sorted lots would they be more accurate?

Put another way is holding strict head size and weight more critical in terms of accuracy over the actual weight of the pellet?

Question 2:

Would you be willing to pay a penny or two more per pellet if the tolerances (weight and head diameter) were manufactured, sorted, and produced in a more accurate lot sequence?

Please educate me one anything else I have missed in my short study of this (e.g. high lead content, more alloy such as tin, lead free requirements, etc.).

IMHO.....as long as a pellet head is large enough to be "sized a bit" when pressing into the leade, it doesn't make much difference what the pellet head size because the pellet will be "swaged to "leade size".

The"pellet head size issue" for me was when pellets in the mix had heads too small to be "sized a bit" when pressing into the lead. A perfect example of this was when I bought a bunch of supposedly 4.52mm JSB Exacts only to find that few were 4.52mm and most considerably smaller. It's been my experience that when a pellet fits LOOSE in the leade it will most likely be a flier..........

I really don't have a handle on weight variation as it applies to accuracy, however I found that the weight variation of several thousand 7.9 grain CPLs and 8.4 grain JSB Exacts and the variation was less than 1/2 grain so I stopped weighing pellets........

Anywhoo....would .009% of the three CPL boxes that weighed more or less than 7.90gr - 8.14 gr (33 out of 3750 pellets) affect accuracy more than the this shooter...........I really don't know! :)

LOL.......there is no need to devote "3 hours" (or whatever) to only wash, lube and sorting pellets when it's possible to "multi task"! I found it easily done WHILE WATCHING YouTube airgun, machining (whatever) videos. With "CPL head sizing" several thousand were sized just a few casual hours with a home made pellet head sizer and the process took about 5 seconds each WHILE watching YouTube videos each evening. Here is my home made pellet sizer.............

Anywhoo.......since the 4.52mm AirArm Domes fit my .177 HW95 leade perfectly straight from the box and the weight variation is minimal I don't need to weigh or size them. I haven't tested their accuracy from my looser leade .177 Beeman R9 yet, but if they're as accurate as my "head sized" CPLs I won't be resizing CPLs either.

Since I'm 71 years old living on Social IN-Security and the occasional odd job, $15 per hour seems like "good pay" to sort pellets! :) Regardless, there is no way I would pay 7 1/2 cents for each pellet to shoot from my HW95 break barrel while shooting from "bucket and sticks".
