I have a HW97K blackline in .177. How often should I lubricate the pivot points , etc of the action? I shoot about 5000 shots a year through it.

I lubricate the pivot points on my springers about every 1500 shots unless something is feeling a little rough then I will address it sooner. If your shooting about 5K a year I would do it twice a year and you should be fine.

Thanks for your input. Thought I would get input on what other shooters due for maintenance on the gun's action.
