I went to adjust the trigger on my new HW97 and found two things, that screw is hard to turn and it seems to be rather soft gold anodized aluminum. Does anyone make a steel screw and how hard is it to replace?
The threaded tab that the screw is put into is twisted or bent to "lock" the screw in place so it doesn't vibrate out. Remove the stock, and straighten that tab and it will turn easily.
While it's out of the stock, take a T8 and adjust the sear engagement for the second stage and it will be free of any creep.
