Hunting pellets for Benjamin Discovery .22

I've just recently purchased a benjamin discovery .22. I will mainly be using it for small game hunting. I hope to shoot it for the first time this weekend. Pellets I currently have are the discovery 14.3 gr hollow points and JSB diabolo exact jumbo heavy 18.13 gr. Does anyone have suggestions of other pellets I should try that might work well for small game? Thanks.

My Disco shoots the JSB 15.89 gr domes best of all the pellets I've tried. I really wanted it to like the JSB 18 gr domes, but it didn't. Crosman Premier Brown Box 14.3 gr shoot pretty well, as do H&N FTTs. Mine seems happiest in the sub 18 gr range. I have some hollow points and others I am planning to try, just haven't gotten to them yet. I did try H&N Rabbits and JSB monsters (both over 20 grains in weight), but my gun didn't like either.

Don't Laugh but El-Gamo Hunter's 15.4gr/1g, Must wash twice to get $#!T off. Much better than You think in Disco .22. Even better if You Weigh/Seporate. All other El-Gamo Pellets $uck Big Time. Try "Clean" Hunters before You Laugh is all I can say. There Cheap at Wally-World in .22 the 250 count tin, less than $5 free Delevery to Your WW, if They don't Stock Them.....Franky (21grains)

I am a firm believer in the JSB pellets and my Disco Double shoots the 15.89 the best. However I do feed it the Jumbo Heavy's 18.13 grain and just have to adjust my POI slightly. The Disco also devours the lighter Crosman 14.3 and Benjamin with a few flyers and change of POI.
The other pellet I use a lot in all of my 22 cal rifles are the Accu Pells from AoA. Plenty cheap when bought in volume and good to break a rifle in or play with on the Chronograph or for the Grand Kids shooting the Animal Crackers on a popsicle sticks.
Serious hunting go with what your rifle likes best of course. The only pellets that I could not make work were the Gamo's but perhaps I did not try the 15.4 with the wash and rinse cycle. Most of the Gamo Pellets I purchased were damaged and became lead for fishing weights. Maybe just the batch I received were mishandled.
