A few months ago I was looking for fill probe extension for my Brocock, found one at Huma, was checking other items and saw silencers they are making and selling, for some reason nobody was talking about those no reviews or any other information.

Anyway decided to try one, I really liked the modular system, also they had some on sale it was not that expensive with free shipping from EU

Such a pleasant surprise, to tell you truth I don't know what they mean
"This Mod40 moderator on sale has a slightly less finer structure than our normal moderators due to a different method of sandblasting.
As we prefer the finer structure on our moderators this batch will be sold with an extra discount"

I already bought a couple more – all 3 perfectly fine, nice smooth matt finish, no blemishes whatsoever

They have a couple of models: 30mm and 40mm in diameter, also you can buy 3 piece small one or 4 or even 5 piece bigger one, depends on what you need.

I really love the idea how easy you can disassemble, you can make it small you can make it bigger or you can use parts from two and assemble huge one, you can remove felt from inside, you can use different material for sound dampening, you can try that empty and use one or two sections just as expansion chambers.

I got all 3 in 40mm diameter and now I have endless options – it's like a Lego

For .25 Pulsar I'm using a short one just from 2 sections if I need really quiet .30 – I can assemble one from 5 pieces

Only one downside with Huma – the shipping takes forever

All 3 times it took at least 3 weeks, last one even 5 weeks. I was talking to my friend in Europe, the same story (they are famous for very slow shipping).

If you don't mind waiting – I would highly recommend

I've got 4, 3 30mm and 1 40.  All extremely effective.  They have to ship across the Atlantic Ocean to get them to me.  Wait is about 2 weeks.

Hands down best customer service I've experienced in a long time as well.

One of mine ended up being pretty complex.  For semi-auto action, part of the gun vents thru the sides, the muzzle thru the middle.

I bought the Mod 40 also.

When they were on sale around Black Friday

At full length it quiets my Sumatra 25 caliber significantly.

Not truly backyard quiet; but good enough to shoot without alarming the neighbors

When the weather improves it will be time to try out differing lengths on the other guns

My HUMA silencers are excellent as well. Very quiet and no accuracy loss at all on any of my guns. The machining quality is particularly exceptional.

If you ask, they do have an option to ship with UPS. Got to me in South Africa in 2 days. Costs a bit more but we'll worth it I think.

Thank goodness, because standard shipping to us takes 8+ weeks unless you're really lucky. 1-2weeks to the country and 6+ languishing in customs, with the constant worry somebody there might decide to help themselves.
