HUMA REGULATORS VS. FX REGULATORS FOR WILDCAT & STREAMLINE

It appears from the photo that your Huma reg is set at 130 bar...notice the small indentation on the edge of the bronze pressure set screw. Here is what it says on the Huma-Air website...and here is the photo from the website. I suggest you read everything on there to educate yourself about your miraculous new regulator. I will include a link to it and there is a wealth of information there.

"Most of our Huma regulators are equipped with a pressure scale on the regulator body and a very fine set mark on the side of the bronze setscrew in between the two slots This will give you the possibility to re-adjust or fine tune your regulator exactly to your wishes."

I want to personally congratulate Airguns of Arizona for their decision to carry the full line of Huma-Air regulators. I believe it was a very bold decision on their part, and I believe they have made a very wise and forward thinking decision. I believe there are many cool air rifles that will benefit greatly from being regulated as opposed to being unregulated. And I also believe there are many factory regulated air rifles that will benefit from the change over to one of the superior Huma regulators. The benefits are just too great to ignore! Think how much more accurate and consistent your shots will be without dealing with that old "shot curve"! 

I encourage everyone to purchase their Huma-Air regulators from Airguns of Arizona. There is no real cost savings by ordering one from the Netherlands. For example, the Wildcat regulator sells for E89.00 in Europe - which translates to $103.40 USD without shipping. AOA sells this same regulator for $115.00 USD....so when you add the shipping costs from the Netherlands to us here in the U.S. the price works out to about the same. I feel like the best way to thank AOA for taking these regs mainstream is to purchase from them. Just my two cents...or maybe three.

Hi John, I completely agree with the points that you bring out and I have edited my last post and removed any reference to filling any air tank to more than the recommended amount. Imold depending how you adjust your hammer spring tension your velocity on the 25.4 grain jsb pellets will be anywhere from 890 to 920 feet per second. The 34 grain jsb pellets will shoot approximately 100 ft per second slower. And you should get over 60 shots before it falls off the regulator... Probably closer to 70 shots.

Intenseaty, you will love tinkering with your air rifle once you get going with it... I myself have spent at least $1,500 fixing things that weren't broken on my $1,300 Wildcat!
