So I was looking and thinking of the the three different (size plenum) Huma reg for the three size caliber Marauder. I know that plenum volume is needed for delivery but if you wanted to tune down/up even more then would you be able to use a larger/smaller plenum. For example if I had a .22 and wanted more power then the Huma .22 reg can offer then would using a Huma .25 give more power? Or if I wanted to go down lower then the Huma .22 then would putting in the Huma .177 do it?

A larger plenum allows for higher power output with a reg without starving it so to speak. Depending on what level of power you are looking for the .22 might have a large enough plenum but if it doesnt then the .25 would be needed. There are formulas out there to determine what size plenum you need for the power you are looking for. Its all about balance. I dont believe you need to lower plenum size in order to use the reg on lower power but you will need to lower the reg output and then re balance the hammer energy and valve to each other for the lower output to keep it efficient.
