Huma Air stellar Customer Service

I had just placed an order for a replacement regulator for an FX Crown that has been wigging out. On the same day, I was investigating a used Air Arms S500 I recently purchased that was leaking air. I think I located the leak as air was escaping out of a vent hole in the air cylinder. I took apart the cylinder and it sure looked like a Huma regulator had been installed by the previous owner. So, I sent an email to Huma Customer Service and asked if they have a rebuild kit for an Air Arms S500 Huma regulator and if so could they hold my current order to allow me to order a kit and ship with my original order.

I got an email in my box this morning from Marc stating that he was able to catch my order just in time and that he included a rebuild kit for the S500 Huma Regulator and said to consider it a gift. How is that for customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only were they able to help me out but then to go so far above and beyond is just plain awesome.
