Huggett shroud for FX Wildcat

I have a standard 25 long but haven't shrouded it and instead use a Huggett MAGNA threaded on. I can't say but best I can offer is this is what my compacr looks like and it's pretty quiet but the long one with the huge MAGNA is a lot quieter. Top Huggett shroud. Below others without.

I wouldn't want to add the length of a mod to the gun. Box stock it is ~32" long and from my perspective as the shooter, it is nearly as quiet as my Cricket which is also ~32" long. The Wildcat standard shroud is 16.5" and the Huggett is listed as 17.5". If adding an inch to the OAL makes a noticeable difference, that would be easy to accept. Everything is .25 std.

I have one showing up tomorrow for my .25 WC Compact MKIII.

It will be used instead of my current DonnieFL and from my measurements it should save me an inch + for overall length.

I am expecting equal or better results, not that I have ANY complaints with the DonnieFL.

I just think the Huggett looks pretty cool and I will not have the weight out on the end of the barrel and should make the Compact a bit shorter OA.

Plus it makes way for the Plenum Extension.... 😉
