Because of moving to new factory to manufacture K1 by ourselves, everything started from the beginning again. Today, I have a chance to spend some time in accuracy testing workshop, below information share with all of you.

I have a huben k1 .25 v4 like yours but I shoot 70m of all bullets 10 cm apart. I found out the reason is that my pressure regulator has a very slow recovery air and fluctuates between 130-150 after 1 hour even though I pump only 240 bar. I am very sad and find ways to fix this but not. I disassembled the pressure and clean like Mr. Kelly's videos but it didn't work. I was going to buy a Huma pressure regulator instead but they were out of stock. Is there any way to help me?

To obtain excellent results with JSB pellets It is necessary to use special batches that have the head measurement equal or greater than 5.52 mm and the shape of the head on its side is more round. With these correct characteristics is obtained in average groups from 15mm to 50 meters at a speed of 300 meters per second.

See the difference in the head finish of these 2 JSB heavy of 18.13 gr (different batches)

The right pellet is what gets excellent results already the left is not so good.

These data were obtained in tests with K1 of 3 and 4 generation in the caliber 22

Another item responsible for the improvement of groupings in general is the original suppression system, at the beginning are very good but with a certain time of use the conical filters (separators) accumulate a lot of lead residue and begin to cause flayers. Around here we do the removal of this system and we do another so as not to accumulate residue.

In my opinion this is a point at which one should be rethought the project
