How to Record my Computer Screen to MP4? (for Youtube video)

Hey guys. I run a Windows 10 PC laptop. I want to capture what is happening onscreen on my PC so I can put it in a video. Anyone know how to do this?

I DON'T WANT a free program that will come with Malware. If you have a trusted program that is truly free...or you know how to do it, let me know. 

I use Adobe Premier Pro to edit my videos. I know MP4 format works.

No need for other programs to be installed if all you want to do is capture...

win 10 comes with 'GAME BAR'.

Hit the windows icon + G, for a quickkey opening up GAME BAR. The game bar will pop up and you can record your screen vids. And you can turn on the mic and narrate your video if you like. Lot of other options and features in Game Bar.

If quick key does not open GAME BAR, go to settings > gaming> toggle on Xbox Game Bar. Good to go there anyhow and note all the quick keys and features available in win10 xBox Game Bar.
