How to handle problem with Dealer

Hello-

I had a company attempt to rip me off about a decade ago- work contracted and never completed. The Better Business Bureau- BBB, went to bat for me and I got my money back. You have to contact the BBB in the area where the business exists, though, as they have 'jurisdiction.' Also, many state Attorney's General accept complaints with regard to businesses.

I had the same experience with bwalton. He is not ripping people off but he lies about little things and i don't trust him to tune my other rifle now.

Bwalton lies all the time. Just watch his videos and listen to the lies as he changes up his stories he can’t remember half bs he talks! Sad but true

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY I ORDERED A GUN WITH HIM JAN.2018 A BWALTON 30. CAL 985 DOLLARS THAT WAS TO BE DELIVERED IN THREE WEEKS FOUR MONTHS LATER STILL NO GUN I ASKED FOR A REFUND HE HAS LIED AND SAID HE REFUNDED THE CARD BS THE HE SAID HE SENT IT BY MAIL BUT HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS BS THEN HE SAID HE MAILED IT BUT WAS RETURNED BS THEN HE SAID HE WOULD GO TO WALMART AND SEND THE MONEY MORE BS IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER EIGHT MONTHS STILL NO REFUND IVE SENT HIM OVER A HUNDRED TEXT AND CALLED OVER 200 TIMES STILL NO REFUND. HE DID TEXT ME A PICTURE OF MY MONEY AND TOLD ME HOW RICH HE WAS IAM 63 YEARS OLD ON SOCIAL SECURITY I DONT HAVE MUCH MONEY I SURE WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT AT THIS TIME SEEMS ALL I CAN DO IS TRY TO SPREAD THE WORD BWALTON IS A CROOK AND SHOULD NOT BE IN THE AIR GUN COMUNITY PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS SCUM

All I’ve ever heard/read about this guy is that if you buy a Hatsan you need to send it to him for his tune, he does a awesome job and turn around isn’t to long or you should just have your Hatsan sent right to him from the dealer if you buy one....Glad I never listen to any of that info. If I buy a new airgun I want it shipped right to my home and in my hands not somewhere else.

Im not sure but if any business has been done thru the mail with him especially money dealings I guess we know what that can lead to!!

Seems at the moment doing any business with said person is like getting a divorce and having a child involved. If you don’t write everything down as in the day and time when you talked to him, when you call him or when he calls you or emails you (cough cough) your kinda on your own, I keep all info on anything I buy or sell whether it’s from a dealer or a individual just for this reason and if 6 months to a year go buy and all is good I’ll delete all info, it’s just a safer way of doing business with people you don’t personally know and if you need to make or lodge a complaint you have creditable info in your hands to back it up.
