How to handle problem with Dealer

Look forward to hearing about the refund/delivers tomorrow maybe? Trusting the OP and other poster will get back with an update. And it is always good to check ripoff report also, buyer's & dealers.

Sometimes running a "business" is, not very fun but if business is what feeds your family good communication is needed.

Any professional dealer or tuner should always give a firm turn around time. 6 weeks seems pretty universal ( at least it was for years) except for truly custom -parts- work. Should'nt ever be a cc charge on any "back order". If it is a professional bussiness , even if there is a death in the family and over-seas travel, communication within 1 week, has to be done.

There is a reason the folks who have been "dealers" & "tuners" that stay in business for life can do so, their word is good.

BWalton, here's a possible solution to your problem of being overloaded. Maybe you can stop taking orders until you can catch up. Continuing to take orders that you admit you don't fill unless the customer reminds you is a bad business practice. It's not the customers job to keep reminding you. And, how can you forget when you have 32 rifles laying around. It would be better to turn down business than to keep getting complaints and negative reviews.

I was going to send my blaster to him for a tune up this winter. 

Don't have a dog in the fight so to speak ...But have you guys noticed when you hear about a " Vendor" not just dropping the ball , but ignoring customers after they have the money in hand it seems to always be the same guys ? 

Just an observation. I've also noticed none of these guys are paid sponsors here .....hmmmm .

Makes ya think Michael may be doing his homework and trying to keep the forum free from high drama sellers ....

I've had a few dealings with Bwalton and I can say they all were very good.

At least he came on here and actually admitted fault ,lol go try and deal with mrodair.

Respect for bwalton in coming on here, but it appears the problem aint fixed yet. I have no problem with a dealer being so busy it is overwhelming to him but you need to take care of your customers. It is not the customers job to remind you to fulfill your obligation. If this is the system your using its broken. In this day and age you fix broken system fast or you will soon be out of business. Best of luck.

In this case i think it would be wise to take a break from pesting and focus on tuning and filling orders. 

I may be wrong but i doubt pesting is good source of revenue if it pays at all

If you Google search BWalton there is a public complaint against him. You can read the report. I too was sending a rifle, but now I will not and save the headache 

Tracker make SURE and start another thread in a few days and let us know how it turns out ...I'm not holding my breath but ya never know .

Maybe putting paying customers first isn't a priority with some folks ..Just Saying 

I think he could have refunded your money, or shipped the order, in the same amount of time he took to read this thread and respond.

John, You had asked to keep you posted on the Walton issue. After many exuses and lies, yes lies I still am waiting for my gun. Aug. 30 he texted told me IT WENT OUT TODAY WILL GET YOU THE INFO WHEN I GET HOME. Info meaning tracking no. He didn't send it. I texted back next day; No tracking no. You told me 2 times and I read on your site " I will treat your gun like it is my own" I just bet you wouldn't send you gun across the country without a tracking no. No response. Then I texted : Been reading some really negative s#*! about you on GTA. Some excuses GOT LOST IN THE MOVE. Thought you didn't lose guns. (He asked me twice!! which gun is yours? ) Thought you didn't lose rifles. Damn, you move alot. (He told me he was moving) Had fire,been busy, been in hospital with flu. WAlton texted back. Your rifle is on the way, should be there thur

I texted back. Sounds good , ill give it time. On Saturday the following week I texted. Well Baxter I gave it time. You said should get it Thursday. Still no gun. Wish I had a tracking no so I would know where its at. I asked you 3 times and 3 times you told me you would send a no. Walton sent me a picture of a shipping label with a no. with this. Sorry I have family issues, there is no one but me when I am stuck or have issues there is no one else Here is the tracking no. Going out on Monday.

I hope this horror story has a happy ending. What does the tracking number tell you?

I even emailed him once and told him Baxter just be straight with me. If its gonna take more time let me know. In ok with that. Just don't tell me ill send it next week or its boxed up. He still kept telling me he sent it. He Received my gun June 21.

If he said the package is going out Monday, you won't get any tracking info until the end of the day. Sign up for text notifications on the USPS site. You'll get a text every time the package gets scanned as it moves thru the system.

You have my shipping label made. Could you please send my gun to me? Thanks,Ron. Baxter texted. Will do. I texted. Thanks again. He never sent it. Checked the label no. It said. USPS awaiting item . ONE MORE LIE.
