How to adjust marauder trigger

Hey guys I have had my armada for almost 3 years and my marauder for going on 6 months. I've never adjusted the trigger on either rifle. I was reading some postings today and they were saying that a properly adjusted trigger really helps with accuracy. I got the book out and it looks pretty simple, basically two adjustment screws. One screw for first stage and one for second stage. I was just wanting some feedback on how other marauder owners have theirs adjusted? I don't have a pull gauge so please try to keep it simple for me. I don't want a super light trigger break to be honest. I actually like some travel, that is what I'm used to. I'm also interested to learn what the benefits of having the shorter first stage and lighter break on the second stage does as well. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Seems the older Mrods had 2-3lb triggers. The newer ones are 1.5-2lbs, thats what both of mine are out of the box. My 2 Mrods both have excellent triggers, better then my big name ar rifle that cost three times as much. IMO, its much better then all the ag bullpups I've tried. Looking forward to trying my buddies new wildcat soon...

I'd be very careful adjusting the Mrod trigger, go slowly and keep checking so that you understand the changes you’re making. A trigger pull gauge really helps...

IMO I like the newer Mrods almost non existent first stage that goes right to a very short crisp light barely squeeze it no grit very clean break second stage. And the trigger is consistently like that every shot on both mine. I find more accuracy when using the middle of the pad of my finger instead of the finger tip like many use to squeeze the trigger with.

Mrod type trigger lets one concentrate on aim not trigger squeeze,, are you having accuracy problems with your mrod..?
