How much should I tighten the valve of my carbon fiber tank???

Good night everybody, I have an issue because when I fill my tanks (omega 100 cu. feet and airhog 12 cu. in) after some days they destroy the o-ring and begin to leak until they became empty, ¿who knows how much I have to tighten each of my valves?

(fill pressure: 300 bar)

Not sure their is a specification for torque. In the mechanical field I work in: tanks,valves,and fittings all get tight than check with soap bubbles for leaks. It is that simple.

I've always had a pro ( Fire Dept. though others would be fine) install the seal & valve. I would GUESS, not TOO tight, it is a "seal" not a washer.

I just got the 75 omega. I looked at the o ring, threads then screwed it in until it bottomed out. It was a positive closure. Just bottomed hand tight. No issues. I've put air in it twice with daystate. Check aoa site and view video. I think it says hand tight.

Put some divers silicone on it and hand tighten it and your'e good.
