How I make my Scope Camera Mount for less than $12.00

This is a Scope Cam Mount I came up with/designed because I wanted a High Quality, Low Cost scope camera mount that worked every time.

I have been using these homemade DIY Scope camera mounts for 90% of all the filming on my Channel... They work wonderfully. In total they can be made for less than $12.00

I have tried other store bought scope camera mounts and they always allowed the camera to become misaligned from the scope or constantly needed adjustment to get a good picture. On top of that some needed a permanent modification to the camera and the cost of the mount was extremely high.

I started out trying to make a mount that clamped on the scope itself but it didn't do what I wanted it to so I went back to the drawing board.

I started trying to figure out how to turn the lower half of a scope ring in to the base of a mount and then it hit me a 1/2" scope riser was just what I was looking for to create a base that would be rock solid after that the rest of the design just fell into place.

I hope you like it!
