How fast are you guys pushing the fx hybrids?

.22 cal fx hybrids 964 out of a Taipan Vet Long.

Per @2manyairgunz above - if you get opportunity, give the jsb's a go too - they are my current go to in this same gun but I'm only going @933. I (apparently) need to throttle my reg up a little as I couldn't get them to go faster than mid-high 950's and they weren't grouping very well. I slowed 'em down to low 930's and they tightened right up nice. LW barrel on mine though so a bit of a difference there.

The hybrids DO group a little tighter and are likely more consistently accurate but . . . . the knock outs are a lot less expensive too and are easily wood chuck moa. ;-)

You ideally want a SF in the green.
You need a micrometer.

Need to know exact length, OD, twist of barrel, speed at muzzle, atmospheric conditions.
Ive seen 1.55-.1.88 with Griffin RBT's.

Most are in the lower green 1.20's

Here's the TRUTH about slugs. Some will not even began to stabilize until 150-200 yards.
I don't see much reason in pushing slugs unless you are going to shoot past 100 yards. If high winds are the reason then you need a SF of at least 1.20 for 100 yards. My 1.50-1.88 28 grain were on top of each other at 100 and great, hitting nose flat at 400 pushed 1040 from a 1.17.5 altitude 740' 80*F .217" .385" long. Add the 0.020 green ballistic tip
