Does anyone know the actual measurements of the outside diameter and inside diameter of the mk2 impact?
How big is the impact mk2 valve housing?

It's the same as all impacts. Only the threaded portion that connects to the air tube is larger.

Heavy is right. Also important to note, if you order a new valve housing for the MKI from FX USA, it will come ported in 3 places just like the MKII housings. The original valve housing does not have these large ports. Also, the newer MKII valve housings do not have a separated valve seat like the MKI’s. The valve seats are machined right into the housing. If I remeber I’ll post a pic of the MKI and MKII housings side-by-side for reference. The threaded end is the only external size difference as heavy already mentioned. MKI’s work with the 20mm valve tube. I think the MKII’s have a 22mm valve tube.

I'm talking about the black valve house or plenum or whatever they call it. Shouldn't it be 25% larger that older impact? Mine is the impact x and my black tube is 19.82mm when I measure. I just want to know if it's any bigger and worth the extra money to upgrade the black valve tube/plenum or whatever its call.

You are referring to the Valve Tube, Item No. B25 on the parts diagram. Outside diameters as follows.
I believe the new valve tube runs $40-60 and the new valve housing (19605-1) is $30.
The larger valve tube provides more air volume, which allows you get same velocity using lower reg pressure, or higher velocity using same reg pressure as before. If your looking to shoot slugs or some other power hungry application, then the valve tube upgrade may be worth getting.

Ok thanks that's what I was looking for. But why is mine only 19.82mm when I measure it. I guess they like to round it up to 20mm.
