Hope I did the right thing

You so did the right thing! I'm a proud R-10 owner myself. It is the most accurate rifle I've ever shot. My rifle isn't stock anymore but, in stock trim, it gave me 40 shots at 27 FPE. if you ever want to start modifying it, give Nick at www.air-superiorityproducts.com a call. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to BSA's. Hopefully Nick will chime in on this.

This is what mine looks like now.

This was a tuff choice.... but I decided to get that were on sale, saved 230.00

I wanted the Walnut stock, but could only get the Black Synthetic as a 22 at a discount. (no walnut .22 were available all back ordered)
So I said why not, Decided .22 because of the great reviews on this gun. I got many .22's but none worth much after 30 yards...
I sometimes wish I had gotten the .177 .(could had got walnut at same price).. I just am drawn to this caliber...

Oh yea.... wish me luck....
I have not told the wife about this yet..... she was not happy with the purchase of 500 dollar guns...and a 1,200 dollar compressor.... plus my tanks and regulators She thinks this is all foolish, just like everyone else I know .....
But I just find air guns so enjoyable... I keep wanting more and more and more...
I may not live to see the gun arrive... (will tell wife tonight)

;-)

Wend to is site... and wouldn't you know it... a synthetic stock on his page...
Now I feel a little better about getting the black...
I have not seen one in person... makes me nervous..
Just so you're not surprised when it gets to you, the black stock is not synthetic. It is a beech stock with black wrap. The one pictured on www.air-superiorityproducts.com is the original walnut stock that he sprayed with bedliner. At this point, there isn't a synthetic stock for the R-10.
