Hi Guys,

Just wanted to share how I made an inexpensive , Quiet Target Box that will withstand at least 46.2 ft/lbs energy for under $ 20.00

Items needed:

1 x Cardboard box , your choice on size

1 x piece of 1/2" thick polyethylene plastic ( cutting board material ) cut to fit your size box, you can buy this cheap through Amazon

1 x old Phone Book or thick catalog

2 x old blue jeans

2 x old t-shirts

1 x roll of strapping tape

Simple enough construction, Take your desired and chosen box, cut the polyethylene plastic to fit inside the box, then stack the old phone book or catalog , then place folded blue jeans and folded t-shirts to fill the box. Then seal the box seams with the strapping tape.

Once the box is built simply apply sticky targets of your choice and shoot !

You will eventually need to replace the outer box, or do what I do and just cut up a box to cover the shot up one a few times before replacing.

As stated above I have shot this target hole in hole up to 46.2 ft/lbs energy ith well over 750 rounds , the jeans and t shirts wil kill the noise , and they hold up surprisingly well..

I have Never had a single pellet go through the target.. I do still have 36" x 48" x 1/2" thick polyethylene plastic backstop just in case
