Has anyone tried these Pellets/slugs? I'm using an FX Impact shooting at 115 bar. Have bought a .25 barrel to go with the original .22 barrel. JSB King pellets 33.95gr @ 770fps.

They did not shoot well out of my impact .25 700mm X-barrel. I have my impact tuned to shoot jsb mk2 34gr @ 880 fps

5 inches group on impact x (up down left right, sucks), those are slugs basically, you need a slug liner for those

Thats too bad. They shot excellent out of my Condor ss out to 100 yards. almost exact same poi as the jsb king heavies. Although if i wash and lube them they were terrible.

The impact pellet liner works amazing with jsb pellets (match accurate), but slugs since have more BC needs more spin rate, that is why FX is releasing slug liners...basically is a spin problem

That's all I use out of my Power Tuned Cricket. 25. Extremely great accuracy even out to 100yds. 2nd pellet preferred is the MKII 34gr.

My experiences so far, indicate the accuracy problem is pellet/slug sizing. In the newer FX barrels the twist commences from the get go. In an older barresl the smooth internal acts like a resizing die, by the time the pellet gets to the twist it is the correct size for the twist to be effective.
With FX Impact X barrel the twist starts at the initial stage of propulsion, thus the pellet tends to need resizing at the same time it has to start rotating. I believe this is where my problem lies, with .22 Rabbit Magnum II pellets are heavier and thus longer further forward in the chamber than the .22 JSB Match pellets recommended by FX. The heavier Rabbit Magnum II spray at 23m, 75mm spread. Same pellet in my Evanix S10, one hole group.
An interesting journey, I've purchased a pre-X .25 barrel and with the JSB 33.95gr pellets obtaining one hole group at 23m, 115bar, 800fps, with 48.24ft/lbs,10 fps spread.

I tried out of my crown and they were ok... havent shot to many cause I wanna get a slug liner and see if they'll tighten up.

H&N Grizzleys have been universally bad in all my airguns. I don't understand what is inherently wrong with them but they scatter horribly.

I killed a ground squirrel at 127 yds with the .25 Grizzleys from my RAW. Shot ok today, like crap the next day. Gave them away.
