HM1000X Magazines

Thanks for the comments guys.

My rifle came in about 3 months. I didn't want a balance hanging over my shoulder so I paid the rifle off midway through the build. Sandra called me a couple days before the 3 month deadline & told me my rifle shipped & I received her in 3 days (TN to TX).

Here's a measurement of the height of the right hand side magazines installed in the action for y'all to select which scope rings to purchase/use. Measured from the top of the LRT stock to the top of the magazine looks to be 2". I'm using the 30mm FX No Limit adjustable scope rings. The scope is a Sightron s3 10-50x60 moa-h reticle. The measured distance from the the top of my barrel to the bottom of the 60mm objective bell is 1/4" gap.

Hope this helps...

"Imold"My confirmation is dated 7-12-17 so it shouldn't be much longer for my HMx .357 regulated to 130ft/lbs. I did have a special order Blue Laminated Thumbhole stock cut for it also.
My confirmation date is 7/5/17.It will come when it ready
I'm the same way, I called and asked Sandra about right hand mags for the the .357 but she said Martin hadn't made any for that caliber yet that she knew of, she also said that about half of the actions they got back were damaged beyond repair and thought some of those were for this run of HMx's, she was going to ask Martin if any of those were for my HMx but I have not called back, that was a week ago. Maybe this week I'll call back and find out. I sure would like to get it payed for, have a lot of temptation to spend it on other things hahaha..

She told me the same thing. At least they are watching quality. Working with suppliers/sub-contractors always creates risk to production. Once it arrives, and it shoots great we will forget all about it being a bit late. I work in Navy Nuclear and late is the norm.

I too called to pay off and she requested that i just wait for the call.

Off topic but a friend of mine I graduated with just got out of the navy a couple years ago. He is/was a JAG Officer, opened his own office now and another went into the Navy Nuclear program all I know he was a Officer on a Nuclear Sub before he retired out and my brother in law retired out of the Navy 15 years ago works in the shipyard refitting Navel Ships on the east coast.

"crgabel"I'm not in the Navy but work for a contractor building equipment used on large floating devices.

As for another purchases. I said when I got my Air Arms S510 "I'll never need another" well you see how that worked out. Lol. My S510 is .22 cal. the 1000X will be in 25 cal. and yes I'm already looking to order a 30 cal.
I'm looking hard at the .25 with a Charcoal LRT stock but know better to wait until after the new year to order it if my .357 turns out nice.

"Rey"Yeah I am not in a rush. I ordered it a couple months ago and they been super nice to deal with. I changed a few things, added some, and asked a ton of questions. It's been a real pleasure to deal with them. Wouldnt change a thing about the service they provide!!!!
with out adoubt they are great .nice people to talk with pat
