With slow motion video, we have the tool to analyze our shots and make adjustment whenever our airgun decide to take it's own character (POI shift, low air, etc). Most of the time our prediction where the POI will be is correct with the help of data from most ballistic calculators and best judgement of wind conditions. Here a video I'd like to share from one of many hunts on ground squirrels. But, instead of simply a start to finish, hit or miss video, I've added a "where would your POA would have been" type scenario and learn, or help those in a quest for a better shot.
Wind for the most part is our greatest challenge. Fortunately, with airguns, the distance to our targets is not beyond what we are comfortable shooting at, and that requires a powder burner to reach. Still wind effects our pellets resulting in either a hit or miss.
