Hill EC 3000 not developing any pressure --- SOLVED---

What I've Done Thus Far:

1. I emailed Hill and explained the situation but we have a time difference of nine hours so it'll take a day
2. Followed the Hill-produced video and checked the 'ball' and 'bullet' seals at the ends of the tubes coming out of the cylinder head, they are OKay.
3. Tried to buy the "EC-3000 100 Hour Full Service Kit" but my CC won't go through for an international order, later I'll call the CC
4. Burst discs are okay

Notes:
*did not remove cylinder head to inspect o-rings because I do not have replacement part on-hand at this time
* machine has 16 hours on it only filling a Taipan and RTI Compact
*oil level is fine and recently changed
*silicone level is topped off

Am I missing something obvious?

Don’t know what you mean by burst discs and you didn’t say exactly how its acting but mine was popping the pressure relief valve at around 70 bar. I took the top airline off and removed the brass fitting in the top of cyl and a little disc layed inside put it back on the bottom of brass fitting with silicone grease and reassembled and all was fine. Hope this helps

Thank You. I had a look at what you describe but I will go look again.
