HHA Optimizer adjustable scope mount for shots 10 to 400 yards dead on .

Hi I have mounted this HHA Optimizer on my Hatsan 125 sniper 22 cal spring air rifle . It mounts onto any weaver or picatinny rail . The speed dial on the mount will tilt the scope with the ability to make yardage marks at the different angles as it tilts. There is a metal bar that hovers over the dial where the blank tape is placed . Its made for a cross bow and has tapes made for the arrow you use but when used on a air gun you just use the blank tape included . Here is what I did . I wanted my scopes turrets to be optically centered at 10 yards so I mounted the scope on the HHA . My pellet at 10 yards was hitting low at 10 yards as it should , it should be as low as the center of the scope from the center of the barrel is high . I turned the dial on the HHA till the pellet hole and the center cross hair lined up and made my first mark on the tape . I should say that to help me know where my pellet is going to hit at 10 yards I lined my pellet hit with out moving the gun with a laser light the pocket kind into putty that sets up semi-hard once mixed with catalyst . Once I set the laser light mounted into the putty holder that fits over the barrel I always know where my pellet is going to hit at 10 yards by using the laser light so I can match the scope cross hair to the laser light . Back to the HHA . You can make as many yardage marks as you want on the tape like 10, 20, 30, 40 yards ect or 1 yard marks for every yard all the way out to 400 yards or more . Once you know and have marked your tape where you know where the pellet is going to hit Its like having a zero at any distance . You can fine tune your left and right with the turrets and mark the clicks needed on the tape text to the yardage if needed . Lets say your going hunting for squirrel's and your shooting distance will be 10 to 50 yards ,with my gun If I set the dial to 15 yards I can take a shot and hit the squirrel in the kill zone from 10 to 19 yards by holding the cross hair dead on . Then for shots from 20 yards to 50 yards I know I can hold my cross hairs dead on when I move the speed dial to the 35 yard mark . and you do this as far out as you want . I like having a 10 yard mark because when your shooting up a tree at a squirrel when your scopes zero is at 10 yards your going to be dead on from 5 to 15 yards up but as you shoot higher your mark will be different from 15 to 30 yards shooting up so you need to make different marking on the dial tape like 15 to 30 u for up and same for shoot down . Once you mark your tape you can be at any distance in less than a second and for hunting its works great because in one second you might be shooting a ground shot at a squirrel and the next second you aiming up a tree . I will never go hunting with out the HHA again . But again its not just for 10 to 50 yards shots you can set your zero to 200 yards and hit dead on at 200 yards and more I have a lot of tilt to go when its set at 200 yards . I'm still finding out just how far I can set a zero but the way its going I don't think a 400 yard zero is to far .The HHA if built like a brick wall its solid as can be with no movement at all once you lock the speed dial in place . Watch this video It shows the speed dial . My profile shows the HHA on my gun .
For 150 .00 dollars it will be the best money you ever spent .

They made one for rifles and the dial is on the other side . Here is a link grab it before they are all gone HHA stopped making them for the time being but I have been talking to them and they now know it works good on air rifles and he said they may start making them again and market it for air rifles . https://www.bobwards.com/hha-sports-optimizer-horizon-firearm-sight-mount-103230?utm_medium=shoppingengine&utm_source=googlebase&cvsfa=2455&cvsfe=2&cvsfhu=383633353539&gclid=Cj0KEQjwuJu9BRDP_-HN9eXs1_UBEiQAlfW39jw3LrHL-oU9V1tCCgCdli2FnbSFBWM_ccZUXEclwc4aAngM8P8HAQ

I don't know if I can do it or not but my goal is to knock down the metal ram that's 84 mm long and 34 mm high in the body section at 300 yards with a Hatsan 22 cal 125 sniper springer and the Sight-Mark triple duty 10-40 x 56 http://www.sightmark.com/product.php?item=216  and get it on video. A lot of field target shooters I know are using this scope and they say it works great . I have had problems in the past with my scopes breaking but I think I have it worked out now with the rws bulleyes spring loaded mount . So far its holding its zero . This springer I have is a scope killer but so far so good with the rws bulleyes attached so I'm ready to start marking my yardage again on the tape . There is nothing worse than trying to mark yardage on the speed dial while the internals of the scope turret bars are bending after ever 50 shots . The recoil is so bad on my gun that it bends the turret bars .When the bars start to bend it changes the angle of the tube and your point of impact keeps changing . This time before I go to the range to set the distances I have been shooting in my basement through out the winter to make sure nothing is changing I have put close to 2,000 pellets through the gun and the pellets not moving at all ,I think I'm ready to take it outside again and start marking . The weather is starting to warm up now in Eastern Ky so its time to hit the strip mines where I can shoot past 200 yards. I will post a video when I get it dialed in . I think the first thing I'm going to see is just how far I can shoot with the HHA and still have the pellet on a mildot and tilted to its max without adjusting the turrets and set at optical center for best accuracy and then again with adjusting the turrets . My gun shoots a 14.3 CPHP at 955 fps. According to chairgun My pellet drop at 400 yards should be 45 yards or 112.5 mils . 45 yards x1000=45,000 divided 400 yards= 112.5 mils so I should have enough tilt on the dial to get a pellet on the crosshair at 400 yards . I will let you know how many mils the dial will tilt .
