Take a look at the title. It’s currently on page one of the classifieds. I’ve never heard of this seller-

but when I click on it it takes me to an ad by VIPERJOE, who most of us know as he’s been a member here for a while with good feedback. Crazy thing is look close at the two pics of the gun. What’s up with that?

did someone try tweaking VIPERJOE’s ad??
 
@bigragu After Closer examination it appears that this ad was posted twice. The older ad appears to be a glitch. I’ve seen this sort of glitch occur once before in the “classifieds” where a new post leads to an older ad by another member. When I noticed this I contacted a moderator about it. Don’t know the cause of a glitch, but they got it sorted out between the poster and moderator. The guy in your post may not be a scammer.

I saw that too, excect it looked like both listings were the same seller. The older one shows SOLD with an asking price of $1600, the newer one has an asking price of $1650. When I just wen back to look at the newer one, I got a 404 not found error. At first I thought he had just changed his mind on the asking price, but now it looks like it's gone! We may never know!

Hey guys....I'm not sure what happened....I created a post for selling my maverick this morning....and it won't let me edit it but it's strange because the gun that's "sold" is not mine and I didn't upload those pictures....not sure how that happened....I then tried posting again and it went up only to disappear after like 20 minutes....I contacted Mike and am still waiting to hear back.....then 2nd post that was up is my gun I'm planning on selling....Once this gets figured out I'll repost it again. I haven't sold guns on this forum but I've sold decent amount of ammo and slugs. Not a scammer....if anyone needs references let me know. Thanks.

Anyone else notice that the two pics are of different airguns, or taken after changes were made? Notice where the gauges are. There is also a knob missing on the butt stock in one of the pics.

Since I took those pictures I can tell you it was the same gun taken at the same time. The pictures were cropped to get my high capacity stomach out of the picture and rotated so it would fit the ad better.
