Hey, Joe Rhea

I remember back in the 90's Springfield Armory had a series of scopes built for them in Japan under their Springfield Optics / Rangefinding Optics line and they had internal bubble levels to boot. I still have the product VHS for these scopes but I never got around to purchasing one, they turn up her & there occasionally. The company opted to discontinue their marketing of scopes and stick to their guns :p here's a few links if anyone is interested just FYI:

I just use these on the outside of the scope, along the field of view which only requires I have both eyes open, one to see the level, the other to look through the scope.

Mounted looks like this.

"mag13"As do I, addertooth. Here is one I like because of the low profile:

Sits right under the power ring of the scope the way it's set up. I'm still trying to play chameleon with one eye looking down and the other through the ocular :p but, yes both eyes open will suffice  Cool, can I ask where to find one ? thanks , roger
