Hello all you addicts

A friend who owned a horse ranch complaining about squirrels. I went out a bought a .177 850 Air Magnum from Airgun Depot. Killed 22 squirrels first day. 2008.

Things grew from there....

BB gun, 1377 in teens, Gamo BigCat as an adult (hook set). Found a forum in the color yellow and dropped BIG COIN on a Beeman R9 Goldfinger combo. They called it a Goldfinger because it took as much gold the size of your finger to be able to afford to buy it. Glad the springer prices have come down since then (2007). Cheaper to buy today than yesterday. Now if we could get the pcp game down in price. Not talking the whole line of $300 PCPs but something more refined, more pride in ownership in the $500-$900 range but with $1500 sophistication and pedigree. PCP is an addictive drug but it was the springer that got me here.

It was a lever-action POP-GUN.And it was with-in seconds. I don't remember how it came to be in my hands. 4th child/3rd son, so there were alot of hand me downs.I could'nt cock the thing unless I put the muzzle in the dirt and use my weight. I finally got strong enuff to put the shoulder stock behind my knee and pull the lever to cock it. I went on safaris and hunted the cat and dog.I would lay in wait too snipe my sister. I was the deadliest sharpshooter in the house, outside the house. Clear out to the alley by the garage ! Still addicted and still, from time to time going on safaris and sniping.lol
