Hello, all! Newbie here. Need advice.

First of all, I’m glad to be a part of the Airgun Nation and look forward to the plethora of information y’all have to provide. Out of the many questions I’m sure I’ll come up with, there is one that is a bit more pressing than the others. I’d like to know what your “after shooting session” maintenance cleaning routine is. I’m mainly looking for the kind of routine a gun with a synthetic stock would use. For reference, I have a .22 cal Gamo Swarm Fusion 10X Gen2. I shoot every day that allows me to and, after only having it for a month, my gun has already formed a bit of rust. I live in good ole TN where the humidity is always ridiculous, so I know that doesn’t help things. I’m obviously not cleaning this thing as well as I should be, so I’d like to know what your thoughts and recommendations are. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

I use Renaissance Wax after every session. If it is good enough for museums, it is good enough for me.
In fact I will not shoot one if I do not have the extra 3-5 minutes it takes to rub on a layer of Ren Wax and polish off with a microfiber cloth. I only have 6 airguns and all are condition 9 or better and I want to keep them that way.
