Hawke Sidewinder 8-32x56 for FT

I just borrowed one from a friend and have only shot one match with it so far. I was actually impressed with how well it ranged at 16x. I have tried a few others (airmax) at 16x, and was not favorably impressed. Overall, I have never cared for Hawke stuff...but I’m pleased with this scope at 16x for Hunter. At 32x...it’s dark and cloudy...btw. It’s awful heavy. Far heavier than the Leupold I use for wftf.

Thanks for the offer!, but I am hoping to get something new setup for the Pyramyd Cup. In looking through my Athlon Midas (2.5-15x), Bushnell Nitro (6-24 no lighted reticle), and Hawke Airmax 6-24 - the Hawke was optically poor compared to the other scopes. I just don't want to chance another optically poor scope from Hawke.

I was just wanted to step up to a lighted reticle and 16x. The Bushnell Nitro has something wrong, it is 40 MOA low at the max setting, no other scopes have had that issue on this rifle. The Midas is great, but it is 15x and does not range as well.
