Hawke Customer Service & Warranty

I thought something was wrong with my Sidewinder. I wrote to Hawke and got a return authorization number. Monday I mailed the scope to Hawke. This morning, 3 days after it was mailed, I received a call from Hawke explaining to me what they had found. I didn't understand the technical part of the explanation but they said it was a manufacturing defect and to expect a new scope in the mail in 4-5 business days. Wow! Way more than is common. Hawke will be at the top of future scope selection lists. A primary reason, besides they make nice scopes, is the comfort knowing if something is wrong they'll repair or replace it...in short order. Thanks Hawke!!
 
I purchased a Hawke scope used from private party........ I thought something went wrong after a few months so I sent it to the factory...

Not expecting anything except an estimate and repair. They called and found nothing wrong with scope.. they wanted to check it our further after we talked. 

One week later I recieved a brand new shiny scope compliments of Hawke. Not refurbished but NEW. I never expected this level of customer service. 

It goes without saying Hawke is my go to for scopes. I am in line to buy their 10x50 for my 30 cal raw.

Hawke has a loyal customer in me!

I bought a used Hawke Sidewinder a few years ago on the forum. I was having issues with it and sent it back with two concerns:
1) Not properly tracking.
2) Not holding zero.

I sent it to Hawke. In rather quick turn around time I got a package from Hawke. The report said they found no problems with tracking, but the scope wasn't holding zero, There was a brand new scope in the box. It's beautiful!

Needless to say, my next scope will be a Hawke Airmax. They stand behind their product!
