I ordered The Hawke on Thursday and it arrived Saturday. That is the fastest delivery ever. I want to thank Buds Gun Shop for the, by far, best price and fastest service, I have ever received. FedEx 2 day shipping. I can see why many of you prefer the Hawke over most brands. This is the best China made scope iv'e seen. Some have said the 6.5-20X42 is not clear at the end of the magnification scale 19 or 20. Mine is very clear. I looked at my Leupold Mark AR 6-18X40 and then looked at the Hawke at 20 and couldn't tell any difference in how clear it was. I was looking at an object at 100 yards. I really like the two inch objective wheel. It's just big enough, for fine adjustment. I prefer it over a larger wheel.

Then I read your post- Dang, I've bought many things from Bud's- I was just shopping there this afternoon for the new CCI .357 mag #4 shotshells. Didn't think about searching their site for Hawke Scopes, and to be upfront- if you don't enter just "Hawke", you may not see any scopes at all from Hawke.

Also saying Thanks. I have a Hawke Frontier coming on Wed from Bud's. The pricing there is outrageously low for Hawke products.

One thing I don't like about the scope is the turrets just rotate and do not have a rotational indicating marks so you know what rotation your on . It just spins ,it doesn't raise or lower on the out side .

I'm glad I could help most of you save a little money. I personally like the features on the turrets. I like being able to lift and turn and push to lock. Keeping up with the lines on the turrets is worthless to me. I only shoot fifty yards or less.

I think you got the deal of the year on that scope. Airborne also got one at the $308 a couple of days ago. I checked their web site last night and they were $479.

Buds Gun Shop still has them for 308.00. You can also get the 6-24X56 for the same price. The 6-24X56 has different reticle. It's not the mildot.

Not seeing that price anymore. Cheapest SW is like $449, highest $479. Maybe I'm just missing it.

Sorry jking, but you are correct. The price is back to 479.99. I wonder is somebody made a mistake on the price list and they caught the mistake. I wish I had bought another one.

Wow the one I got at $320 jumped to $499 and the $475 frontier is now $699. At the time I ordered I expected to get a email out of stock but it came in 4 days.

Yeah,that was killer prices for a bit for sure.i hate I missed out but that's just how it goes ,lol things go on sale when you don't have the cash at the time.
