I a thinking of getting one for my Daystate Regal XL. Can anybody tell me about the clarity of the glass? My side winder 30SF is very clear and I thought about taking it off the TX200 and using for the Daystate. On the daystate, I think I want something shorter and lighter. The 50mm objective lens should give me all the brightness I will need. I really like the AMX reticle or standard mildot.. The length is about perfect for the Daystate. What do you think about this scope?

I have that scope on my Daystate Regal and it works great with my rifle. I shoot targets quite often in the evening and even when it starts getting dark, the scope pulls in a lot of light and is very clear. I would buy it again for my Huntsman.

Well, Optics Planet sold me one for 182.69. They knocked 27.00 off the regular price and shipped free. I couldn't turn that deal down. I will miss the sidewheel on the Parallax adjustment, but I have been using front adjustment most of my life, so it shouldn't be too hard to adjust to again. I will not miss the weight of the Hawke 30SF.

You got a great deal and I don't think you will be disappointed with the quality.
I was shooting right up until dark tonight and at fifty yards it was clear and light.

The light is what i'm looking forward to. I am usually in the woods early in the morning and then I go our about 1 1/2 hours before dark. Those little tree rats seem to prefer early morning and late evening. to move around.
