oh yeah hatsan has been bery good in the service department. i bought a refurbished bullboss and arrived with bent barrel. couple of emails and they sent me a new barrel. love this company!

I've had good experiences in my dealing with HATSAN.

Just contacted them with a question about single shot tray. 6 hours later they got back to me with a response (no they dont sell them) and some suggestions for 3d printed ones and places to try. A lot of respect for a company that takes the time to respond and offer possible solutions outside their profit stream.

I tried to contact them a few times but the fact I live in Bulgaria makes them non-responsive to me(both Hatsan Turkey and USA).
I asked a few questions to both USA and Turkey and only USA replied to the most unimportant question.
Now I noticed that the air cylinder of my recently purchased Bullboss is touching the barrel slightly at the end of the cylinder and I don't know if it is a problem or not.
The accuracy seems to be consistent even the breech o-ring is damaged. I don't know what to do. Any help here will be helpful 

The cylinder probably should not be touching. Has it been that way all along? If the breech seal is damaged they can be replaced. Not sure how to do this but i dont think it is a super involved job.

Yep, the cylinder was touching barely the barrel from the day 1. I checked with dry firing if there is some air blowing out from the barrel and the magazine place and I didn't feel any air or if there is such it is very small amount which is unnoticeable. I ended to wait a little bit more at this stage and I will go to a gunsmith to replace it for about 10 dollars when I have more free time.

When trying to adjust the hammer spring on my Bullboss it won't move even if I apply a lot of force...
Either clockwise or anti-clockwise
Have anybody faced such issue?

My Flash has a set screw on the bolt you need to loosen before adjusting the hammer spring, maybe your has one also.

Their email must have broken 

I had 2 questions I emailed them about in separate emails, only 1 was answered a month later and they really didn't even read it correctly and their answer was gibberish. 

If it's similar to the BT65 ther's a set screw you have to loosen first. On theBT65 it's on the right side of the breech block at a 45 degree angle downwards.

Bought a .30 Carnivore 2 wks ago. 3 service requests & 5 phone calls later, STILL no reply. Everyone in the know (3 biggest dealers) will tell you their customer SUCKS!!!

Sent it to a gunsmith! Good guns, WORST service! Sad.

I myself has had good results with emailing customer service in the past with air rifles that I have purchased through them and from other dealers. I purchased a refurbished Carnivor 135 30cal break barrel 6 months ago and last week was able to finally play with it. The shots where all over the place. I ran a pellet through the barrel and discovered that it mainly fell right through and had just a hint of rifling on the skirts. I emailed HatsanUSA for help with replacement via warranty or out right purchseing a new barrel assembly, but still no reply. I'm not really upset, I really like the rifle. I'm seeing this as an oppertunity to improving the rifle. Anyone out there know where I can send off my barrel assembly for a LW barrel swap?

Good to hear about responsive service from Hatsan. I've never had to seek service from them for any of my purchases. Opinions seem to vary widely in this regard so hopefully they are improving as we speak.

Need to know how to get barrage to shoot it cocks but it clicks and sometimes it will actually shoot it use to work great but lately it just sat there but I’m on a quest to make it work the pellet bolt that inserts pellet doesn’t go all the way in how do I adjust it

Trick to HatsanUSA is to blast them on FB It's like magic, responses do come unlike emails that don't get answered because they are on FB all the time.

Them boys in Arkansas tend to be lazy.

I have had a good experience with then so far. Once I sent in my customer service form with the problem. The next day they sent me a RMA#. They have never returned my calls that I have left, but they have responded to all my emails.
