Considering how many complaints there are about the Lightning compressor, and the customer service trying to get the complaints resolved, I wouldn't even consider this compressor

@ Perkyval, so a few customers had issues and they all suck? My Lightning has been working fine. Mine arrived with a bent/broken heat shield bolt, (atrocious UPS handling). Hatsan took care of the issue, sent me the fitting upgrade to the cooling system and a $50 off Code to use on their products. Unless you have personal experience with a product it is uncool to bash it.

They weren't the fastest at responding, thats for sure, but they did it in good time and refunded me completely for my purchase when several things were found to be wrong.. plus the shipping.. I don't think they are bad or trying to be deliberately ignoring people, I think they are just a small company that is working the best they can. I completely blame UPS for the damage and problems I had.

Hi fellow and lady shooters....im new to this PCP air rifle thing... Just received a Hatsan Bullboss ths week in .22 cal...Since I did lots & lots of reviews on this and different rifles
I had the opportunity to find lots of info...Good and bad...I went over the whole rifle checkin screws and such... none stripped but some loose...put a Vortex 3x9x40 on it and sited in..
It came fully charged...Wow!!!...I purchased a hand pump too ….it shoots 3/8 in @ 20 yds & 3/4 in or less at 40 yds..with H & N's...( Plan to squirrel & varmit hunt out to prob 75 yds Max...
Anyway.....The fill probe wont fit snug and leaks so bad wont pump up at all ..I replaced the O-rings and did manage to get it to pump up about 3/4 of the way and that's a big chore for this 71 yr old man that is 71 goin on 40 Lol...So....I say all that to say im loking at compressors myself.....ugh!!! I thought PCP would be cheeper than a 22 lr rifle ...LOL

I attempted to correct the link. I think the problem is because Hatsan has age verification on their site now. I've had good luck with Hatsan sorry for any problems others have experienced.
