Hatsan Spark at Optics Planet

Every time I’ve ordered from Optics planet it seems they are always back ordered. Once was a Vortex PST scope, and the other two times were reloading dies. Everywhere else had these products in stock, but a bit higher in price. Always wondered if this is how they do things- come in at the lowest price but not have them in stock.

I had a Crimson Trace cts-1200 red dot on order with OpticsPlanet for almost 6 months. I would check the site at times and see availability showing down to one week then it woiuld go back to 30 days or longer. Did that multiple times. Finally cancelled the order and got a Leupold Delta Point Pro. Certainly not OpticsPlanets fault on availability of the CT sight but the updates constantly changing on their site was irritating.

Yeah, can you imagine waiting six months for something to come in, and when it does and you open it up there’s either something missing or not right with it, and instead of correcting it, OP tells you to send it back? With nothing in stock to replace it, lol.

I truly like the way Midway does business. They don’t even touch your card till the product is in stock and it’s on its way to you. You could comfortably order a product to get in line for it when it comes in, but nothing is getting charged to your account while you wait. Plus, an awesome return policy.

I was wondering if these little air compressors can over half a dozen sessions, fill a large air tank. I know they are limited to about 1 liter at a time, but can they be stopped until the temperature goes down, then resume filling? I'm not sure how many times you would have to do that for a 74 cu ft. air tank. I get the feeling it would be a lot, and maybe this little unit just doesn't have the push to fill something that big, even over a dozen sessions.

Of course you can, just vent before restarting the compressor and all will be fine.

CT, Thanks for the answer. I've been reading more about these little compressors, and I think I will wait a while. It might just be better to accumulate the cast for a big compressor. I've looked at the Heng compressors, but they and their clones seem to be only a step above this little compressor. I'm trying to find something that is reliable, and has ease of use.
