I have a Hatsan AT-44. Paid $250 new for it on sale. Shoots like a $500 gun and is accurate and powerful. Weighs too much to shoot free hand, but benched or tripod-ed it is a joy to shoot. Added a TKO LDC to tame the bark, and a Hatsan regulator to bring the power down to reasonable levels. I love the gun and love the way it has a lot of unique features, but there is no way Hatsan is going to produce a gun worth $1100 with their current level of tooling. $1100 is a lot to drop on a new platform that really has not been proven.

Buy the Kral version (or any of the 3 Benjamin labeled PCPs they import)(Same county of manufacture Turkey) better overall quality you get more for your money they shoot so well they really don't even need regulators one less thing to go wrong or eventually require servicing.

I limit myself to Hatsan Vectis and Flash and AT44 10s and ATP1s and ATP2s where there's better value to price ratio especially since very crappy factory machine work runs in the family IMHO.
