Well, no leaks! I pressurized the compressor to 2030 and it held for half an hour and I then bled the air out. Successful maintenance job all in all.



The one thing I wanted to do, but I’m gonna wait till next year when I re drain the coolant, is to install bulkhead fittings to where the hoses penetrate the coolant tank. I never liked the way it came just sealed up with silicone, so next year I’ll put these in for a clean seal on the tank. These are 5/16” barbed push to connect stainless fittings that I found on Amazon. I purchased two sets.

The rubber gaskets I picked up from my local Ace Hardware store.
