Hatsan Galatian Semi Auto PCP Is In Stock

Cool. Strange looking rifle, but performance is everything. Looks good so far.

Just went to look at it...first thing I look at is the rifle itself. Kind of strange looking but I could live with it after replacing that skeletor stock with an AR15 style stock. Second thing I look at is the specification page to see how much it weighs...9.1 pounds! Then I do some addition...9.1 lb rifle + 2 lbs of scope & rings + bipod + mag full of pellets & tank filled with air = I would have to hire Arnold Schwarzenegger to carry this thing around for me and hold it up for me while I shoot it! 



The only air rifle I ever owned that weighed more than this one was my Hatsan BT65 SB. Am I the only one that thinks these Hatsan rifles are just too darn heavy? I would much prefer a rifle that weighs just 6.6 lbs than one that weighs 9.1 lbs... kinda makes me wonder why they make their rifles so darn heavy?

I'm wondering what the trigger pull is, the barrage and bullmax are pretty heavy. Regards, Tom

The length of pull looks kind of short. But not THAT much shorter than my Savage 64..

I'm a lefty but I'd be willing to shoot it!

The length of pull looks to be adjustable, but I don't know what the max length would be. I like a long length of pull myself.
