I just ordered one to go along with my HMx .30 and it should be here Tuesday, I’ve only seen a couple videos on it and not so much for reviews so I’m wondering if any one here has one and if so how do you like it or has anyone here had a chance to shoot one or handle one, I’m just looking for any feedback that might be out there that hasn’t made it to the forums yet, I really like the 30 cal as my go to airgun for all around shooting plus living in the country I don’t have to worry about how loud my airguns are.
Any feedback would be welcome.
 
"blackdiesel"From the review I saw and those I read you will probably have to adjust the hammer to get a decent power curve. From looking at Rick rehn's review it's very accurate. I have the double bottle Hercules 30 and it's very accurate even though it's shooting pellets pretty hot.

I was looking at the double bottle Hercules but with my disability it would of been a bit to much to stalk and hunt with if I choose to do so, I’m hoping with the weight of the Bully mostly in the back area of the stock that it will shoulder nice and feel lighter then the 10 pounds that it is.

I'm enjoying the Hatsan Bully. It's a lot of fun and hits like a freight train. Even tuned down for higher shot count it hits very hard. Just finished tearing it down to see if I could get an internal regulator to work, the I.D. of the tube is 20.5mm. I'm going to go with an external reg. I really like the magazines. With the open cylinder design, it allows for a larger selection of pellets and slugs to fit in the mag. In .25 cal, everything I tried shooting fits in the mag. Eun Jin pointed, 55gr NSA slugs, everything.

Thanks Rich, I do have a BT65SB Elite QE in .25 that I shoot off the bench being its a bit heavy to walk around with and I too like those Hatsan Mags, I’m goimg to try some polymags after I get afew JSBs thru the Bully, After I get 100 rounds or so thru the Bully it will be interesting to see what my Chrono shows, I’ll more then likely do 10 round strings and see how it averages out.

Think I’m going to put a Athlon on it when all is said and done but not sure if it will be a FFP or a SFP I’m lookimg at a few different ones but for now i have a cheap FFP to put on it and try out, I also have a Hawke Vantage around here somewhere, I have Aztec Emeralds 5.5s on both my HMx’s which are really nice for the price and might even get the new Aztec 3-18 for it if I can’t decide which Athlon to get but anyway scopes are a downfall for me.

Just wrote up a 1st impression review and it went missing when I went to post it but here is the Bully. So far it’s nice...I’m not going to retype my whole 1st review.

Hi Rich, which reg are you looking at? Altaros has one that threads on top of carbon bottles, but I am not sure any other brand makes bottle regs yet.

I'm looking at the Altaros, but I can't seem to get them to send me an invoice. *Sigh* It's either them or lane. I don't think Huma released their external reg yet.
