Oh my what a lot of parts! Holly smokes, they sat the designers down and told them whom ever could use the most individual parts wins a bonus or such.
20- 30 parts ( counting orings & screws) is plenty for any airgun I own.

The diagram does look intense. Most of the mechanics are common Hatsan design. There's a few more pieces because of the bullpup design. I tore it down and put it back together. It took me a coupe hours. Not bad for the first time. Next time, It'll take me 1/2 that.

Rich, how does the power adjuster knob function in the Bully? Does it change the port size, hammer spring, or something else?

There seems to be one on the gun's left side - a tiny round knob just ahead of the cheek rest with 1-2-3 markings on it.

The 30 has no adjuster on the side, you need to remove the stock to at least adjust the hammer spring.

The only power adjustment on mine (25 cal) is the hammer spring tension screw and I have to remove the stock to get at it. Can you post a photo of what you're looking at?

I might add a 357 to go with my HMx 357 down the road if I like this 30, I had a 357 BullDog but sold that so now I only have my HMx 357 and with the custom Blue stock i had made for it I don’t dare take it off the bench heck I have a hard enough time not to ding or scratch it just taking it to the bench for shooting.

The Bully in the video has been modified. That dial isn't factory. Judging by the location, I would say that's a transfer port restriction.

I have seen several videos from different YouTubers with the same power adjuster knob. Check out other videos especially in Turkish language.

I'll ask Dennis at IndianaAirguns.com to see if he can find out if Hatsan made a change. I'm doubtful, but anything is possible.

Trigger feels like it’s set at about 18 pounds, today I finaly got to shoot it and I thought something was wrong with the safety like it wouldn’t come off but then I realized I needed to hook the trigger up to my bumper and use the truck to get it to fire, I’m not kidding I’ve owned several Hatsan airguns and this is 10 times worse then any trigger, my brother laughed because I had to pull so hard I lifted the bully up about 3 inches off the table because I was pulling so hard, it’s like they put the adjustment screw all the way in or left a big burr on the face of the trigger, either way I need to read up on how to adjust the trigger or take emery cloth after the trigger and smooth it out or send it back.......I’ll read up and see if there is a adjustment I can do without voiding warranty or I’ll send it back......I’m not kidding about this either it totally took me by surprise.
