Guys both companies rock with customer service. I bought a refurb airtact for 39.99 from hatsan and it didn't pass the tissue test. Breach seal was knicked. Hatsan Immediately sent me 4 brand new seals at no charge. Great company.
Umarex sent me a walther parrus for 149.99 on thier website. Unfortunately this gun had its front sight canted due to the fact that the shroud was glued on slightly off. They told me to send it back without the stock and I did. While doing so I broke the trigger when the box dropped. They sent me back a brand new gun with another stock. Bonus! It's a beautiful stock and now I have one to beat up and one to show off with. Could not be more pleased. Thanks to both companies.
