Has Ted retired from making videos?

I have enjoyed viewing his videos, from the rifle & pellet reviews, to the hunting vids, to the annual AOA shooting contests.

Very few new ones in the past year

Just curious if producing videos has grown stale for him and he has decided to stop doing videos.

In Ted's UK vs USA air rifle video he explains why he doesn't post many videos in the summer (cottage time!). Up until the summer I assume he was quite busy setting up this forum (and the original holdover forum).

The in-depth research and amount of energy he puts in to his videos takes a lot of time. With his family, his forum, his job, and then trying to produce a video is a lot for anyone. I know it first hand with I made my first video, it took a long time and it was nowhere as nicely produced as some other videos like Ted's.

Yes, I saw that video as well.

There really wasn't much in the way of videos in the "non-summer" months either. And nothing much about the 2014 AOA shoot after his video about his excitement and anticipation for the upcoming event.

The 3 youtube subscriptions I enjoyed the most (joeandbuzz, cpg grey, teds holdover) have dwindled down to little to no new videos.
I'm not mad, just missing my favorites and wondering if it was temporary or permanent.

Filming and editing can be extremely time consuming (I know because it's my job!). Ted has a wife and kids - Anybody with the right priorities would put the videos on the back burner to make time for family...especially in the first few years of the kids' lives. Don't be too hard on the guy

Matt Dubber nailed it. Ted typically spends the summer months outdoors doing what he loves best which is air gunning. I bet all the work it took to stand up the forum must have taken the wind out of him so it totally understandable that he teaks a break for a while. Them there's my .02 cents.

I miss him as well, his on screen persona was just refreshing and reminds me (even when my Mrod is hsooting 3 inch groups at 20 yards) why i love air gunning.... but matt has filled that void to some degree, unfortunately I'm not sure matt and ted combined, ON SALARY, could keep up with my ability to watch and learn.... not their fault...
