Has anyone in the States recently ordered a rifle from Krale in the Netherlands?

I ordered a spring gun from Krale recently. Placed the order on 4/6 (via wire transfer from my bank to theirs), fee was $35 for the wire but even with this added cost I still saved hundreds.
I received an email a few days later saying that the waiver allowing air guns to ship via UPS had expired and will need to be renewed before they can ship the order, estimated 1.5 weeks to accomplish the renewal. I've corresponded with Gerrit Krale via email since and UPS is still in the process of reviewing/approving the waiver so shipment is still pending as I write this.
I hope this gets worked out soon. I do think Gerrit's being straight with me about the issue with UPS but I'm wondering if there isn't an alternate way to ship it to me. That said, I'm not too worked up about it and feel confident this will get worked out soon. It might bother me more if it was a higher dollar amount (this is a $325 purchase) and I can't get out to shoot anyway since I'm recovering from knee surgery!
On the plus side for those considering an order form Krale, it's good timing once they get the UPS waiver renewed!

Thanks your response totally helped. I will make the UPS renewal is completed prior to placing an order since I am no good waiting long on a gun. Sounds like he should have things squared away soon which is good news. Sorry to hear about your knee, that's a bummer.

Gerrit Krale emailed me today to let me know he's shipping to the USA again, so my HW35 should be on the way.
Now that the issue has been worked out with UPS I'm confident that his shipping will be prompt.
