Has anyone had a bad experience with hatsan striker?

Well, the one i have, is the 1000s, and the first time the trigger didnt engage, then, i sent it back to Hatsan and they sent me another rifle, this rifle had the barrel loose, so i sent it back, then they sent a third rifle, three weeks later it lost power, so i sent it back, they fix it and now it lost power again and im waiting for it again, so i dont know if this is the only case or there are someone else's having problems too

Wow, sorry to hear that! My Striker showed some damage to the seal, but otherwise was really solidly built. After four replacements, I might tell them that it's time for an "upgrade" if they want to keep me as a customer. See if they'll send you a 95 or 125 for your hassle. Both of those have the Quattro trigger and bigger power plants. If not, I might ask for a refund and buy elsewhere. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

I have a Striker but mine is .177, I put approximately 100 pellets through before stripping it down, for the money I wasn't concerned with warranty, fortunately the seal did not have any damage but there was a very small piece of metal in the face of it and looked to be from machining so a good clean was in order, the tube had a slight polish, removed a couple of coils from the spring, re- lubed it with moly grease then pulled the trigger to pieces and deburred the bits in there to make it a half decent trigger. All I have to do is master the " artillery hold " and my Striker is a tack driver, its one air rifle that puts a smile on my face.

No, the opposite actually, velocity was increasing as it settled in and accuracy was going out the window, H&N Bara's were at 950-960fps, it was becoming a beast to hold and I couldn't stop the scope from moving, not so much the scope itself but the one piece mount. The scope, a Sabre 4-12x40 has suffered some punishment but still holds zero. Anyway I thought I would try to make a better air rifle out of it rather than take it back to the dealer and complain about it, where I live this was an easier path to take plus I don't mind tinkering with my rifles.
