I was just wondering if anyone has and what kind of performance numbers they were seeing I think that's the only other Barrel I'm interested in putting on mine when it finally comes.

Got my 30 today. Mounted a scope and sighted it in. It was late so I only shot a few shots. One 5 shot group at 50 and one at 75 yds. Both were a ragged hole. Looking forward to more testing.

My .22 sniper was on order for about a month and "you're a better man than I gunga din" I wasn't doing anything patiently.
I tried to pre-order a conversion kit in 30 cal today from Utah airguns and they wouldn't even take a pre-order apparently FX is so far behind on production every barrel they have is going into guns being shipped all over the world which is a great place for them to be in not so much for me. a man with zero patience.
So Lefty I can't wait to see some numbers out of your gun. By the way did you get a sniper or compact .30?

I ordered my 30 on 5/23/20 from PA. I bought the Sniper 700 barrel. I have not chronographed it yet. I am shooting JSB 44's. One thing I have noticed about the Superior liners is that they have to be cleaned often. I have one in my Impact too.

I'd like to shed a tear for you guys but us powder burners are really feeling the pain.lol Try and find some 300 BO ammo. If you can find it it's three times the price pre Covid. Guess i'll fall in love with my Cricket all over again.

I often how many do you mean? I am approaching 400 through the superior liner and just shot probably the best air rifle group I've ever shot round 3/8 or maybe a little less at 70 yards. Out of my 22 sniper with JSP knockouts

I'm also interested in the mk3 30 500mm barrel. Would like to get one with Ernest Rowes plenum. considering how accurate the impact compact in 30 is. I would think this Mark 3 with the same barrel or the superior version of the same barrel would be on par.

Shot a few groups and ran some chronograph numbers on the Sniper 30 Wildcat III. The chronograph results are:
#7 865 fps.
#6 851 fps.
#5 820 fps.
#4 768 fps.
Groups were shot on #6.
50 yds. .317, .692
75 yds. .692, .442, .692
The above chrono numbers were at 10 yds. from the muzzle to get the sun for the chronograph. Later I chronographed #6 at a 1 ft. distance and it averaged 877. Reg.is set at 150 from factory. I am getting about 26 shots from 220 to 150. Guess I cannot type today.

That's great lefty, thank you. Are you shooting your gun the way it came from the box or have you been adjusting it or modding it?
Does it look like you're gun came from the factory with a power plenum installed?

Straight from the box. No plenum that I can see. It's funny, I was hunting tigers when I saw your message. They have been getting into my wife's flowers and garden.

I have been filling to 220. Recommended fill is 230 max. I am at 32 so far. Cannot find anymore that want to play. I did get a groundhog at 60 yds.right after I sighted in the first day.

Shot my first Nielsen 49.5 grain slugs today. Dual port with 2.5 extension. 220 fill with reg set at 140. 872 fps out of barrel and fair accuracy but i must say what a thump when they hit. Sounds like a shotgun going off at 50 yards. Only had an hour before work to shoot so short lived. Doing leak down tonight to make sure work is good then will do some more shooting over weekend.
