Been shooting groups the whole day. Groups consistently under 20mm ctc at 100m. At 141m best group today was 22.3mm and consistently 25 to 28mm in 5kmh wind

Kurt, your numbers are even better than you state. You measured the splash or spalling on the steel. Groups are measured center to center. Your groups are much smaller than you think!

Good Stuff Bob. I very much enjoy your Vid's and the effort you put in. Harmonics are very important. I designed a device to help tame them and it is in testing currently, with a friend of mine working with both AG companies and PB companies hoping to see it to the shooing industry. Both Ag and PB alike. Mine was named, (Not by me but fellow members on the GTA) the M.A.D. device, or Mikes Airgun Device. Odd, but iit kinda fits.

I 've been doing the same with my FX Superior Heavy linter in .22 that is carbon fiber wrapped, and choke removed. A LOT of testing and tuning. It is mounted in a Raptor and a nice plus is the breach is 3 1/2' capturing the barrel. Nice!!!

Shooting my own cast hollow points from a mold from NOE that I modded for HP's myself.

Here is the target, and the slugs. Oddly, the actual group was shot with a Brownell's Liner the same od dimensions as the FX liner. It is however, a .223 where the FX measures .2184. Both are groove dia.

As nice as this target is, the Brownell's likes to throw fliers. The FX is much more dependable in this regard. this is why the target is marked Cherry Picked. The FX liner does not have to be cherry picked. It just shoots. It was however, terrible before removing the choke. GRRRRR!!! I hated to loos the length by removing it.

I will include a pic of before and after the choke removal. The group is 1 shot to settle the reg, and 10 on target. Cross wind of 5-6 mph.
